Since all our products are made to order, we only offer returns or exchanges for a damaged or defective product. If you have received a defective item, send a clear photo to us at hellolollyprints@gmail.com. Here are more details on our policies.

✴ When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to get your order to you as soon as possible. Non-personalized orders can take about two weeks for delivery. Orders with personalization can take up to three weeks. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

✴ Can I edit or cancel my order?

Contact us right away if there needs to be an update such as contact information or an address to your order. We allow 24 hours for any possible cancellations so you will need to alert us during that time frame.

✴ Could I request for a different size on a product?

Our products are only sold in the sizes specified.

✴ Do you create custom work?

No, we offer products that include personalization but we do not create custom designs.
