Order, Shipping & Refunds

Order Processing / Timeframe

Most of the items in our shop are personalizable therefore all our products are made to order. The production time for personalized items can take about 2-3 business days and then shipping and delivery can take up to 3-8 business days as well depending on your location.

If you have a specific day that you need your item by, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks ahead of your required date.

Shipping

Shipping and delivery can take up to 3-8 business days depending on where you are located. We are not responsible for order delays caused by the postal carrier, inclement weather, or delays due to national holidays.

LOST PACKAGES:
Carriers may sometimes mark the package as delivered prior to the actual delivery so give it some time for the package to arrive.

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, check the surrounding area of your home and also with your neighbors to see if they may have received the package by accident.

After 2 days if you still cannot find your package, contact the carrier to see if they can track where the package may have been misdelivered.

If you have not received your delivery 3 weeks after the shipping date, it will be considered lost and a replacement will be sent t you at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours of your order. Once the order has entered the production process, we are unable to cancel the order.

Refunds / Exchanges

Since all our products are made to order, we only offer returns or exchanges for a damaged or defective product. If you have received a defective item, send a clear photo to us at hellolollyprints@gmail.com right away. We will replace or refund the order.
